To ease passage of the bill a special loophole was added for the National Rifle Association special interest. [ The NRA is currently denying support of this bill but I don’t buy that! What this bill really does is deny the 1st Amendment rights of small entities. The political class can’t get much more despicable than this Act! – JS ]
