Does good news on jobs trump the following graph?

Despite the fact that the economy is very tentatively healing, it's important to note that we're nowhere near the numbers Obama promised when he took office. RB over at the Right Sphere provides this telling graph, which illustrates where we'd be without the stimulus, where Obama said we'd be with the stimulus, and where we actually are.
For the next year we will be seeing the most confusing economic information the Obama Administration can find. Just keep the public’s eye on this graph – and on the length of the recession!
This will again, as one of the longest recoveries ever, prove that recovery is inversely related to statist intervention!
