Is Obama lapdog Holder following the Divider-in-Chief’s policies of racial divisiveness and warfare? Are they willingly destroying racial integration? Is this unholy duo truly setting the races at each other’s throats to win an election?
Of course they are! Redistricting by race, i.e. proportional representation, encourages racial enclaves, not functioning integrated communities.
