The 'Paygo' Coverup - The main political question now is when Americans will start to figure out Mr. Obama's pattern of spend, repent and repeat. The President is still sailing along on his charm and the fact that Americans are cheering for an economic recovery. But eventually they'll see that he isn't telling them the truth, and when they do, the very Blue Dogs he's trying to protect will pay the price. And they'll deserve what they get. "Nothing worth doing is completed in our lifetime; therefore, we must be saved by hope. Nothing true or beautiful or good makes complete sense in any context of history; therefore, we must be saved by faith. Nothing we do, however virtuous, can be accomplished alone; therefore we are saved by love. No virtuous act is quite as virtuous from the standpoint of our friend or foe as from our standpoint. Therefore, we must be saved by the final form of love which is forgiveness." Reinhold Niebuhr

The deceptive Senate Democrats are at it again. Liberty Counsel's sources are reporting that the anti-faith Hate Crimes bill will skip normal procedures and be put on the fast-track to passage.According to reports, the Senate leadership will attach the bill as an amendment to another bill because it is the "most efficient" way to get it passed -- bypassing the traditionally longer process of committee deliberations and markup. Essentially, Harry Reid and others are going to hide the bill as an attachment on another bill to expedite passage... and short-circuit efforts to expose and defeat this anti-faith measure.

One by one, in small newspapers, blogs or emails, the stories emerge, and with the Internet you can find them. Here, Army Specialist Trevor Hogue, who survived an explosion in Iraq that killed his sergeant and half the men in his platoon, committed suicide at age 24. He hanged himself in the back yard of his childhood home.

His death would not be recorded by the Army as a suicide because he'd been discharged. However, his mother Donna is certain it was the war, aftermath and PSTD that did the job.

Palau to the Rescue: Months of moral grandstanding and intense diplomacy are finally yielding dividends: President Obama has convinced Palau, a Pacific archipelago and long-standing U.S. ally, to resettle a small group of the least dangerous Guantanamo detainees. All it took was $200 million in foreign aid to a country with 20,000 residents and a GDP of about $164 million..... Palau deserves credit for its "humanitarian gesture," as Palau President Johnson Toribiong called it, though the $200 million in aid probably helped. That works out to $11.7 million for each detainee -- or about $10,000 for every Palau citizen. At the going per capita rate, it would only cost $615 billion to move Gitmo to France. No doubt the French would still have to think about it. http://ow.ly/dBtq
