Down the rabbit hole ... UN elects Iran - yes, Iran - to seat on Women's Rights Commission [ 'Nuf said! - JS ]
BHO, America’s Selective Salary Policeman, has a cabinet filled with plutocrats! - If there were any doubts left about the Obamas’ ideological commitment to wealth redistribution and a command-and-control economy, those doubts have been thoroughly removed. We have a commander-in-chief who presumes to know when you have earned “enough,” who believes that only those who provide what he deems “good” products and services should “keep on making it,” and who has determined that the role of American entrepreneurs is not to pursue their own self-interest, but to fulfill their “core” responsibility as dutiful growers of the collective economy. Will Abortion Reform Sweep the Nation? Although Barack Obama signed an executive order prohibiting health insurance companies from using federal funds to pay for abortions (except in cases of incest, rape, or if the life of the mother is in danger), his sweeping new health care reform law has fired up state legislators. Summers Left Speechless after he slips up on budget deficit commission booboo:
Whenever something happens, Summers said, Plan A is form a committee.
Plan B is to encourage industry to voluntarily devise better practices.
Plan C is to call for more transparency. And then, eventually, Plan D
is “do something.”

American Progress, laughed. Then moderator Charlie
Rose, the TV talk show host, intervened: Is that how you’d
describe the president’s commission to ponder the federal budget
deficit?
Summers was, uncharacteristically, speechless.
