Obama now garners 45% approval and 48% disapproval. Of course, the one point difference from his previous low of 46% isn't very significant, statistically speaking.
Except that all the rise he got from the passage of ObamaCare is now gone! What entitlement grab will he try next? Or arms control that is all mouth with no stick? Appeasement nonsense?
