It wasn't too long ago that the Dems were declaring the end of the Union because the majority Republicans were going to use the "Nuclear Option" to get some judicial nominees through. Now that they are the majority party in Congress, there is nothing wrong with using the Nuclear Option - even this time which applies to the bigger issue of trying to get a law passed. Like most other things the Dems profess disdain for, this too has found its way into the memory hole.
